Role Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic Inside Sales Associates to join our Bengaluru team. This is a full-time on-site role where you will connect with customers, understand their insurance needs, and recommend the best insurance products. The role involves handling customer queries, explaining product details, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and inbound calls to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and policy details clearly.
- Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluency in Kannada & English (Hindi is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (freshers welcome).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Bachelors degree preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: 18,500 30,000 per month
- Unlimited Incentives (performance-based earnings, no cap)
