Your Role
As a Bluetooth Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automation test frameworks for Bluetooth protocols, profiles, and connectivity features. Youll play a key role in validating Bluetooth stack performance, interoperability, and stability across devices to ensure high-quality product releases.
In this role, you will:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automation test scripts for Bluetooth functionality (Classic & BLE).
- Validate Bluetooth stack and profiles (A2DP, HFP, AVRCP, HID, PAN, GATT, etc.) across multiple devices.
- Design and execute automated test cases for Bluetooth pairing, connectivity, throughput, stability, and performance.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth execution.
- Debug issues, capture logs (Bluetooth HCI logs, system logs), and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects.
- Work with cross-functional teams on regression testing, feature validation, and system integration.
- Generate detailed test reports, automation metrics, and documentation.
Your Profile
- 510 years of experience in Bluetooth testing and automation.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Shell scripting, or similar automation languages.
- Hands-on experience with Bluetooth Classic and BLE protocols and profiles.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and frameworks.
- Experience in debugging wireless issues using HCI logs and system logs.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
