Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (C2H & Permanent).
  
• Strong sourcing through Job Portals, Mass Mailing, Job Posting, Social Media, Networking, and Referrals.
  
• Screening, shortlisting, and evaluating candidates as per job requirements.
  
• Experience in niche IT skills hiring such as SAP Modules, Oracle, Cloud Technologies, ERP, Full Stack Development, Java, C++, .Net, DevOps, and more.
  
• Consistent closures in both C2H & Permanent Hiring, including high-value packages.
  
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and deliver within timelines.
  
• Ability to manage multiple mandates effectively.
  

Eligibility & Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 4 years in IT Recruitment (Consultancy background preferred).
  
• Mandatory: Minimum 2 years experience in C2H hiring.
  
• Excellent knowledge of sourcing, screening, job portals, and end-to-end recruitment processes.
  
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  
• Must have Laptop & WiFi connection.
  

Work Timings

• 9:30 AM 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
  
• 2nd & 4th Saturday Off
  

Compensation

• Salary: As per experience & knowledge
  
• Additional Benefits: Incentives + Mobile Reimbursement
  
• Salary & Designation will be finalized post 2nd Interview round
