Machine Operator @ Encore Recruiterz Hub

Job Description

 

• Operate and monitor tyre manufacturing machines (mixing, extrusion, tyre building, curing, and finishing).

• Load raw materials, compounds, and components as per production requirements.

• Adjust machine settings to maintain proper speed, pressure, and temperature during operations.

• Inspect tyres at different stages of production to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Perform routine maintenance checks and assist in troubleshooting equipment issues.

• Maintain accurate production logs, machine records, and downtime reports.

• Follow safety guidelines, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean and organized workstation.

• Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to resolve process or equipment issues.

• Adhere to production schedules and meet daily/weekly output targets.

• Report any non-conformance, defects, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
