- **Role Overview:** As a Chef de Cuisine at Hyatt Regency Jaipur Mansarovar, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the department in alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your primary focus will be to meet employee, guest, and owner expectations. You will oversee the assigned kitchen as an independent profit center, ensuring it operates in line with the outlet's concept and Hyatt International standards. Your ultimate goals will be to maximize guest satisfaction while staying within budget constraints and contributing to the outlet's financial success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the kitchen operations effectively in accordance with brand standards. - Ensure maximum guest satisfaction by delivering high-quality food and service. - Operate within the allocated budget to contribute to the financial success of the outlet. - Oversee kitchen staff and provide guidance and training as needed. - Maintain kitchen hygiene practices and adhere to occupational health and safety standards. - Utilize basic computer skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System for efficient kitchen management. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 2 years" experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant with good standards. - Preferably have experience working with luxury international brands. - Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be advantageous. - Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards. - Basic computer skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System are preferred for effective kitchen management.,
