Job Title: Team Leader Collections (Credit Card)

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Description:

We are hiring a Team Leader for our Collections Credit Card process. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in collections across buckets (0 to higher), with prior team management exposure.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 23 years of experience as a Team Leader in credit card collections
  
• Field experience is mandatory
  
• DRA certification is mandatory
  
• Strong communication and leadership skills
  
• Experience handling collections from 0 bucket to higher bucket
  

Location: Ahmedabad
