Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 6 to 8 years of experience in Workday Finance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting with a focus on leveraging Workday solutions to optimize business processes. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a day shift environment contributing to our companys growth and innovation.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Workday Finance solutions to enhance business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed architectural documentation to support the implementation and maintenance of Workday solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams ensuring successful delivery of Workday Finance projects.
  • Oversee the integration of Workday Finance with other enterprise systems ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Support end-users by providing training and troubleshooting assistance ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest Workday features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement best practices for Workday Finance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all Workday Finance activities.
  • Participate in project planning and management providing input on timelines resources and risks.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans for the adoption and expansion of Workday solutions within the organization.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team to enhance overall performance and outcomes.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of Workday Finance with proven experience in designing and implementing solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in finance and accounting principles with the ability to apply them in a Workday context.
  • Have experience in the Hi-Tech industry with a focus on leveraging technology to drive business success.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Show a proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
