We are inviting applications to passionate and ambitious individuals for Admission Counsellor and Key Account Manager (KAM) role. This position is open for both freshers and experienced. This role involves driving new business/customer acquisition, managing the full sales lifecycle, and exceeding revenue goals. You will play a critical role in expanding company's market presence and building lasting relationships with key clients.


  1. Location - MG Road and Shivaji Nagar, Bengaluru
  2. Interview Mode - Admission Counsellor (Virtual/Walk-In) Key Account Manager (Walk-In)
  3. CTC (Subject to process selected for)
  • Fresher: 25k - 34k
  • Experience: 30k - 46k

4. Language Requirement: Fluency in English and Hindi speaking both.


Roles and Responsibilities


Admission Counsellor: -

  • Manage admission counseling process for students seeking higher education.
  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
  • Develop business relationships with existing clients to retain their loyalty and up sell/cross-sell services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales transactions, and follow-ups.

Key Account Manager: -

  • Manage key accounts to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to acquire new clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients to retain their loyalty and generate repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve client issues.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-4 years of experience in B2C sales, e-commerce sales, educational sales, or related fields.
  • Age should not be more than 32.
  • Must be comfortable with 6 days working module.
  • For KAM role - Any MBA marketing/sales fresher or graduate with 1 year experience can apply and for Admission Counsellor role - Any graduate fresher (2024 or 2025) passes out or graduate with experience in Tele Sales are eligible.
