Job Description

Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), focusing on implementation, services development, and support. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless MES deployment, configuration, customization, and maintenance to enhance manufacturing operations and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and rollout of MES solutions across manufacturing plants.
• Perform MES configuration, customization, and integration with ERP, PLM, and shop-floor systems.
• Develop and maintain services, interfaces, and reports to support manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for MES applications.
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into MES functionalities.
• Participate in system testing, validation, and user training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, data integrity, and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and MES system upgrades.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience working with MES systems implementation and support.
• Hands-on experience in service development, system configuration, and integration.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, shop-floor systems, and industrial automation.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/Oracle), scripting, and reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
