About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven W2 Recruiter with strong experience in US staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates on W2 employment while ensuring a seamless recruitment process. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and love connecting top talent with the right opportunities, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates on W2 employment basis for contract and full-time roles.
- Understand tax terms including W2, C2C, 1099 and ensure compliance in hiring.
- Work closely with hiring managers and account teams to define hiring needs.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates technical/functional skills.
- Negotiate salaries, benefits, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
- Build and nurture strong candidate pipelines for recurring skill sets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 37 years of experience in US staffing with focus on W2 hiring.
- Strong knowledge of US work authorizations, tax terms, and compliance.
- Proven ability to close positions within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS, job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), and social media for sourcing.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
