Role Overview We are looking for a Credit Risk Analyst who is energetic, adaptable, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate can be a fresher or an experienced professional with excellent communication skills and fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate borrower credit profiles and assess repayment capability.
Perform KYC verification and ensure compliance with company policies.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with empathy and professionalism.
Demonstrate strong communication skills while handling client interactions.
Adapt quickly to changing business requirements and processes.
Handle pressure effectively and take ownership of responsibilities. Requirements
Bachelors degree in any discipline (finance background is a plus but not mandatory).
Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (mandatory).
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to handle diverse clients.
Fast learner with adaptability to changing business situations.
