Job Description

To support our growing HR function, we are looking for a Trainee Talent Acquisition who is passionate about recruitment and eager to build a strong foundation in the field of human resources. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early professionals to gain real-time exposure to the recruitment process within a structured and supportive environment.

Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Executive/ Sr. Executive Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process while partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, efficient, and quality hiring. The role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of talent sourcing and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source talent using various platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and talent mapping.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule further rounds with respective teams.
  • Maintain and regularly update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Drive data-driven recruitment by tracking and analyzing key hiring metrics.
  • Contribute to employer branding activities and enhance candidate experience.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve hiring practices for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

  • BBA/MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent degree.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
