Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients for the marketing agency through market research and segmentation.
Develop and implement innovative and effective strategies to acquire new clients.
Utilize various channels, including digital outreach, networking events, and industry partnerships, to expand the agencys client base.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and marketing needs.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Sales Strategy and Positioning: Collaborate with the Sales Director and marketing team to develop compelling sales strategies and positioning that highlight the agencys unique value proposition.
Present the agencys services in a way that demonstrates a deep understanding of clients industries and challenges.
Market Trends and Industry Insights: Stay abreast of marketing industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Provide insights and recommendations to the Sales Director and marketing team to refine service offerings and stay competitive.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and leveraging industry events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts and implement lead nurturing strategies.
Sales Performance: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas. Regularly analyze sales data and trends to optimize performance.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to the Sales Director.
Must- Have Skills
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales within the marketing industry, with a track record of successful client acquisition.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing trends, and industry dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
