Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Calling SDR to support our PR team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of PR-related activities. You will act as the first point of contact for journalists, media partners, and other stakeholders, helping the PR team strengthen outreach and build strong external relationships.

This is a full-time position, and remote based working environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Reach out to journalists, media houses, and other stakeholders to support PR outreach campaigns.
  • Coordination: Assist the PR team by scheduling calls, follow-ups, and ensuring timely communication with external stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Share regular updates on call outcomes, outreach effectiveness, and highlight challenges faced.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently over calls.
  • 03 years of experience in telecalling, or a similar role (freshers welcome).
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative PR team.
