With an expected experience range of 2-6 years, you will be involved in analyzing market trends, forecasting demand, and ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet customer needs effectively.- The role of Lead Associate - Category Demand Management involves closely monitoring market dynamics, collaborating with vendors, and internal teams to plan and execute demand strategies that drive sales and profitability
- You will work towards maximizing customer satisfaction by ensuring the availability of products that align with customer preferences and demand patterns
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to forecast demand accurately
- Create and maintain demand forecasting models to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to category demand and inventory management
- Continuously evaluate and improve demand forecasting processes and methodologies
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination in demand planning activities
- Create dashboards and share business insights
- Category Demand Management will be critical in driving operational efficiencies and optimizing the overall category performance
