- 5+ years of experience in core recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing).
- Handled Team of Recruiters.
- Proven expertise in hiring for both IT and Non IT positions.

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate technical qualifications and cultural fit.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple positions simultaneously
