Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Research and identify potential clients on LinkedIn based on target industry, designation, and company size
  • Connect with CXOs, IT leaders, and key stakeholders via LinkedIn messaging, InMails, and emails
  • Clearly communicate Zarthis service offerings
  • Schedule discovery or demo calls for the business team
  • Maintain accurate outreach records and follow-up notes in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging and outreach strategies

Qualifications:


  • 0.6 -4 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or client outreach
  • Experience in a tech services or IT solutions environment is a strong plus

Preferred Skills:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and professional in tone and approach
  • Strong LinkedIn, Calling and email outreach experience
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp company offerings offerings and pitch them clearly
  • Ability to handle objections and build interest among senior-level prospects
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven
  • Can ask the right questions and understand pain points quickly during discovery calls
  • Ability to identify patterns in prospect responses and optimize messaging for better conversion
