Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training sessions for product/program launch to new and existing sales team members.
- Create and manage learning content (presentations, bite-sized modules, scripts for videos) with the product and marketing team.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth training delivery.
- Deliver and manage training for all manager-level employees and report progress.
- Coordinate and manage the reporting for the delivery quality evaluation process.
- 3 - 8 years experience in sales training or sales enablement.
- Experience creating training content in multiple formats (preferred).
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer journeys.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Looking for candidates with experience in both training delivery and content creation.
- Prior experience in a sales-driven environment.
- B2B Field Sales training exposure required.
