Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training sessions for product/program launch to new and existing sales team members.
  • Create and manage learning content (presentations, bite-sized modules, scripts for videos) with the product and marketing team.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth training delivery.
  • Deliver and manage training for all manager-level employees and report progress.
  • Coordinate and manage the reporting for the delivery quality evaluation process.

  • 3 - 8 years experience in sales training or sales enablement.
  • Experience creating training content in multiple formats (preferred).
  • Good understanding of sales processes and customer journeys.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Looking for candidates with experience in both training delivery and content creation.
  • Prior experience in a sales-driven environment.
  • B2B Field Sales training exposure required.
