Job Description

Role: Trainee HR (Human Resources and Management)
Qualification: Any Graduation
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various technical roles.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Use job portals, social media, and other platforms to source IT professionals (e.g., Software Developers, QA Engineers, etc.).
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate communication, technical understanding, and job fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring panels and candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth interview and onboarding experience.
- Prepare recruitment reports and assist in MIS reporting for hiring status.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate (bachelor's degree in any stream; preference for HR, business administration, IT, or related fields).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High confidence level with a proactive and engaging attitude.
- Passion for working in the HR field of IT recruitment and understanding of basic tech roles.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel).
- Willingness to learn and grow within the HR/talent acquisition field.
