Role & responsibilities
1. Talent & Performance Management:
Drive a high-performance culture by implementing agile PMS, ensuring regular, actionable feedback, and enabling managers to coach and develop talent effectively.
2. Talent Acquisition and Retention: Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and retention strategies to attract top talent, support business growth, and reduce employee turnover.
3. Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace by strengthening manager-employee relations, leading engagement initiatives, resolving employee issues effectively, and advocating diversity, equity, and inclusion.
4. Compensation and Benefits:
Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market alignment, internal equity, compliance, and cost-effectiveness to attract and retain top talent.
5. Learning and Development:
Drive employee development and career growth initiatives, implement leadership programs to build future leaders, and foster a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
6. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and regulations, develop and enforce HR policies to minimize legal risks, and maintain precise records of employee data, compensation, and performance.
HR Metrics and Analytics: Leverage HR metrics and data to evaluate program effectiveness, deliver actionable insights on workforce trends and engagement to senior leadership, and prepare comprehensive reports on HR performance and key indicators.
