About the Role
We are seeking an experienced US IT Account Manager with proven expertise in client acquisition, relationship management, and account growth within the US IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to drive revenue through new business development and strategic account handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and acquire new US-based clients in the IT staffing domain.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring consistent business and revenue generation.
- Build strong client relationships to understand hiring needs, market trends, and talent requirements.
- Partner with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
- Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and terms with clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients for feedback, business expansion, and performance reviews.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and client acquisition KPIs.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to management for strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with leadership to develop business growth strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of proven experience in US IT Staffing with a strong focus on client acquisition and account management.
- Deep understanding of US IT staffing processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa classifications.
- Strong track record in acquiring and managing mid to large US-based clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting dashboards.
