Job Description

Collaborate with the sales team and customers to gather requirements and understand technical challenges.
Design and architect customized solutions that integrate hardware, software, networking, and cloud components to meet customer needs.
Develop detailed technical proposals, including diagrams, specifications, and implementation plans.

Technical Presentations and Demonstrations :

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of proposed solutions.
Articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Address technical inquiries and concerns during customer meetings and presentations.

Collaboration and Support :

Collaborate with vendors and partners to stay updated on the latest technologies, products, and solutions.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
Assist in preparing responses to RFIs/RFPs and technical documentation as needed.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building :

Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Understand customer business challenges and objectives to position our solutions effectively.
Participate in customer meetings and discussions to gather requirements and provide technical consultancy.
Responsible for OEM Interaction and OEM Maangement
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.

Skill Requirement

Any Graduate / Masters with minimum 8 years experience in implementation , solution designing / presales -Enterprise Application , server , storage infra , networking

Understanding on virtualization , hyper convergence infra etc

Proven experience in presales, solution architecture, or system integration roles, with a focus on networking, servers, and storage solutions.

Strong understanding of networking principles (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, protocols).

Hands-on experience with server platforms (e.g., Dell EMC, HP, Cisco UCS) and storage technologies (e.g., SAN, NAS).

Ability to design complex technical solutions and create detailed documentation.

Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is desirable.
