Innovatiview India Ltd. (Infraview Vertical) is engaged in setting up state-of-the-art CBT (Computer Based Test) Exam Centres across India. We work closely with government departments, education boards, and regulatory bodies to design and implement robust infrastructure for large-scale examinations.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional with strong exposure to government advisory, policy research, and presales strategy. The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing state-wise policy frameworks, engaging with government investment departments, formulating go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and supporting business development through high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and presales documentation for the Infraview vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on state-wise policies, incentives, and regulatory frameworks relevant to infrastructure investment and education technology initiatives.
- Liaise with State Invest Departments, Central Ministries, and relevant government bodies to identify partnership and investment opportunities.
- Formulate market entry and GTM strategies for expanding CBT Exam Centre infrastructure across states.
- Design, structure, and draft high-quality proposals, Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), and RFP responses for government and institutional clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Presales, Operations, Finance, OEM Partners) to prepare comprehensive bids and solution documents.
- Support business development teams in creating compelling presentations, solution narratives, and thought leadership material.
- Monitor policy shifts, regulatory updates, and sectoral trends impacting the CBT infrastructure ecosystem and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with consulting partners, industry associations, and government advisory bodies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Postgraduate in Public Policy, Economics, Management, or related fields from a reputed institute.
- Experience: 5-8 years in Government Advisory / Consulting (Big 4 or similar consulting firms preferred)
- Expertise:
- Strong understanding of investment promotion policies and frameworks at State/Central level.
- Proven experience in drafting proposals, RFPs, DPRs, and bid documentation.
- Prior exposure to GTM strategy formulation and presales support in consulting or advisory engagements.
- Stakeholder management experience with government bodies and investment departments.
- Skills:
- Excellent research, analytical, and strategy formulation capabilities.
- Strong proposal writing, RFP drafting, and business documentation skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- High networking and relationship-building acumen with government agencies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-priority projects.
