Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential clients in the field of IT Software Services.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients in IT and RPA domains.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand client needs and propose tailored IT and RPA solutions.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
Work with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
Participate in industry events and networking activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Information Technology, or Marketing.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales, focusing on IT services and RPA solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of IT services sales cycles and processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required.
Must understand and be well-versed with the workings, terminologies, and sales processes of IT software companies
