Job Description
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored BIM solutions.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and proposals for BIM services including modeling, coordination, clash detection, and 4D/5D simulations.
- Analyse project drawings, specifications, and scope documents to identify estimation parameters.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to support business development efforts.
- Assist in preparing responses to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs with accurate technical and commercial inputs.
- Maintain a database of historical project costs and estimation benchmarks.
- Coordinate with internal BIM teams to validate scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, BIM standards, and emerging technologies.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.
- 4+ years of experience in BIM estimation, presales, or related roles in AEC industry.
- Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
