Systems Engineer , IT Operations @ QBurst

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer with hands-on experience in installing and troubleshooting Windows , Ubuntu , and Mac OS systems. Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems: Windows, Ubuntu, and macOS

• Provide end-user support for OS-related and hardware issues across different platforms

• Perform basic network setup and troubleshooting, especially with Cisco routers and switches

• Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with IT policies

• Maintain hardware inventory and ensure proper functioning of desktops, laptops, and peripherals

• Collaborate with the IT team to manage software installations, updates, and patching

• Document support activities, incidents, and resolutions in ticketing systems

Requirements:

• Proven experience in installation and troubleshooting of Windows , Ubuntu/Linux , and Mac OS

• Solid understanding of basic networking concepts and hands-on experience with Cisco switches/routers

• Familiarity with system administration and desktop support practices

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
