Performance Test Lead @ Expleo

Job Description

Minimum of 8 years of experience in performance testing, with at least 2-3 years in a lead or senior position, specifically in the banking or financial domain

Role & responsibilities

• Lead a team of performance test engineers and guide them through the performance testing lifecycle.
• Define the performance testing strategy, tools, frameworks, and execution plans for banking applications
• Review the clarification document
• Performance Workload matrix preparation
• Review of Virtual user Scripts
• Design and develop performance test scenarios and scripts based on functional requirements, load models, and business scenarios.
• Identify critical business transactions and prepare test data based on the defined business use cases for performance testing.
• Set up performance testing environments and test beds, ensuring alignment with the real-world production environment.
• Lead the execution of performance tests (load, stress, endurance, scalability, and capacity) banking applications.
• Monitor system behavior during test execution and provide real-time performance insights.
• Create and present comprehensive performance test reports, including findings, recommendations, and mitigation strategies.
