About the Role


We are seeking qualified and experienced **Healthcare Professionals** with a background in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc. MLT) to join the Tamken project in the Eastern Region. The selected candidates will work in remote healthcare setups, contributing to patient care through accurate laboratory testing, reporting, and support.

Key Responsibilities


* Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and clinical pathology.

* Ensure proper collection, labeling, and handling of patient samples.

* Maintain accuracy, quality, and timely reporting of test results.

* Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.

* Adhere to safety protocols, infection control standards, and quality assurance practices.

* Collaborate with healthcare teams and support medical staff in diagnosis and treatment decisions.

* Document, update, and maintain laboratory records as per healthcare regulations.

* Participate in training, audits, and continuous improvement programs.


### **Qualifications & Experience**


* Bachelors Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc. MLT) mandatory.

* Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical/laboratory experience.

* Strong technical knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and standards.

* Familiarity with healthcare compliance and quality management systems.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Strong attention to detail with commitment to accuracy.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently in remote healthcare setups.

* Flexibility to work in shifts and handle overtime as required.

Compensation & Benefits**


* Basic Salary: 4500 SAR

* Allowance: 300 SAR

* Overtime pay as per company policy
