Job Title: Salesforce Test Manager
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Test Manager to lead the planning, execution, and oversight of testing activities across Salesforce solutions. The role requires strong communication skills, leadership in test strategy, and hands-on knowledge of testing tools and methodologies to ensure quality delivery of Salesforce implementations. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Define and manage overall test strategy, approach, and execution for Salesforce projects.
Lead test planning, coordination, and reporting across multiple workstreams.
Ensure test deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
Collaborate closely with development, business, and QA teams to ensure test coverage and defect resolution.
Provide leadership in both manual and automated testing initiatives.

Qualifications
Required Skills Experience
Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experience managing testing for Salesforce implementations.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
Experience using JIRA Xray test management functionality for test planning, execution, and reporting.
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks for Salesforce.
