- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee retention and satisfaction.
- Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
- Organize team-building activities, workshops, and engagement programs.
- Manage HR budgets and optimize resource allocation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on workforce planning and organizational development.
