Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Support the ITAM team in providing OTB automated reporting which meets the clients needs.
• Identify where tech solutioning is required to further develop reports, in accordance with the clients needs, and review these with the ServiceNow Architect.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to support the IT HAM strategic and day to day endeavours.
• Work cross functionally with client teams to help guide requirements and make data-driven decisions.
• Provide insightful reporting and analysis against targets and current KPIs.

• Effectively identify trends with issues / opportunities and make actionable recommendations
• Work with the training team to ensure reports are understood within the organisation

Help drive and embed cultural change to ensure reporting dashboards are adopted within the organisation.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3 5 years of data analytics and reporting experience
• Strong data analysis skills with experience in data visualisation and reporting tools (Power BI)
• Advanced competency in ServiceNow Performance Analytics is essential
• Hold ServiceNow Admin Certification is advantageous
• Be creative in your approach
• Ability to prioritise work based on deadlines and criticality
