Technical Lead @ Incedo

• As a Technical Lead - Database Development at Incedo, you will be responsible for designing and developing database solutions to meet business requirements. You should be proficient in SQL and have experience working with relational database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop database schemas and applications using SQL and NoSQL databases like Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra Write efficient and well-optimized database queries Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement database features and enhancements Debug and troubleshoot complex database issues Ensure data security, availability, and scalability of production systems

Skills Requirements:

• Strong understanding of relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL. Proficiency in database programming languages such as SQL and PL/SQL. Experience with database performance tuning and optimization techniques. Familiarity with database design principles and normalization techniques.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it. Should be open to new ideas and be willing to learn and develop new skills.
• Should also be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Qualifications7-9 years of work experience in relevant field B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
