What will your role look like

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across multi-modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HAM, and SAM.
• Develop scalable, flexible, and sustainable architectures that align with business objectives.
• Oversee custom application development using App Engine and ensure successful implementation of Now Mobile, Performance Analytics (PA), and Predictive Intelligence (PI).
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in implementation, coding, and configuration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct technical workshops, training sessions, and solution presentations for teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems and resolve complex technical challenges during implementation.
• Establish and enforce governance, standards, and best practices across the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage RFPs, project estimations, and lead teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

We would like you to bring along

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HAM, and SAM.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile, and IT service management frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), configuration, and customization.
• Experience with Service Portal, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom applications on App Engine.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, ServiceNow data models, and enterprise architecture.
• Leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding and mentoring teams.
• Excellent solution mindset, project estimations, and client engagement skills.

Good-to-have skills

• Certifications: CSA, ITSM, HRSD, GRC (Good to have: ITBM, SecOps, SIR, VR).
• Exposure to Now Mobile, Predictive Intelligence (PI), Performance Analytics (PA), and Gen AI.
• Experience handling RFPs, project estimations, and cross-functional coordination.
• Familiarity with advanced workflow automations, validations, and enterprise integrations.
