Job Description
Job Overview:We are looking for a result-oriented and proactive Deputy Manager to assist in overseeing departmental operations and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role involves supervising teams, driving performance, managing projects, and supporting the senior manager in day-to-day decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in planning, developing, and executing departmental strategies and objectives.
- Supervise and guide team members to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Support in budget preparation, cost optimization, and resource management.
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of projects.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
- Handle escalations and provide solutions for operational challenges.
- Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of team members.
- Act as a liaison between employees and senior management.
