Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect to lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. This role blends technical leadership, architectural ownership, and hands-on coding to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of talented Java developers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Architect and design scalable systems that align with business and technology strategies.
• Write, review, and optimize high-quality code to ensure performance, maintainability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Champion best practices in software development, cloud adoption, and CI/CD processes.
• Drive the adoption of modern tools, frameworks, and architectural patterns to enhance scalability and resilience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Core Java and relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Proven experience with cloud-based architectures on OpenShift or Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with messaging frameworks (e.g., Kafka) and caching solutions (e.g., Gemfire, Ignite).
• Solid understanding of event-driven architecture, microservices, distributed systems, and RESTful APIs.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to guide and collaborate with development teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.
• Certifications in cloud technologies or architecture frameworks.
