About the Role
Were looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern /consultant who is passionate about creating memorable employee experiences and driving a culture of connection, care, and celebration. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our people-first initiatives and help us make work more engaging, fun, and meaningful.
What Youll Do
- Support the design and execution of employee engagement activities (events, contests, wellness initiatives, recognition programs).
- Assist in building onboarding experiences that make new hires feel truly welcomed .
- Partner with HR team to gather feedback and recommend ideas to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Contribute to internal communications to keep employees informed, inspired, and connected.
- Assist in organizing team bonding initiatives (celebrations, cultural events, learning sessions).
- Track engagement metrics and prepare reports to measure impact and share insights.
What Were Looking For
- Currently pursuing studies in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields .
- A natural people person who enjoys connecting with others.
- Strong communication & organizational skills .
- Creative mindset with a flair for planning events and initiatives.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace ; familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus.
