Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Recruitment, Induction & Training, Review Policies, Payroll, Compliances, Review Manpower Budget, Organization development.
  • Ensure quality entry and exit interviews for quick enrollment and low attrition.
  • To determine the manpower requirements for workmen to have the right skill set of employees.
  • Timely recruitment to ensure zero vacancies.
  • To provide a delightful induction to new members.
  • To draw-up training plan for all workmen / employees along with the departmental managers, ensure its implementation, and assess the effectiveness of the training inputs.
  • To formulate mutually friendly practices and policies for the betterment of the community.
  • To effectively design and implement policies for employees in the factory.
  • Ensuring timely & effective monitoring of payroll, administration and various statutory compliances as per applicable laws for HR and the factory.
  • To ensure cordial harmonious industrial relations at the factory.
  • To ensure compliance with all work norms and work practices for workmen as per SOP
  • To ensure implementation of all HR systems and policies in the factory.
  • To ensure compliance with all Labor Laws and statutory guidelines
  • To conduct domestic enquiries for workmen / employees in compliance with the legal procedures.
  • To prepare budgets for Manpower as well as analyze trends in various components of wages. To prepare and monitor Factory HR budget.
  • To prepare MIS reports and trends for proactive actions on areas related to HR.
  • Organization Development - Safety, CSR, & employee engagement activities.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Education: Any graduate.
  • Post graduate in HR/ Industrial Relation and Law will be given preference.
  • Good verbal , written communication skills , Flexible and capable of managing personnel
  • Problem-solving skills and presence of mind
  • Ability to keep calm and make quick, clear decisions while coping with pressure
  • Fluent in English and familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet
