Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Email Marketing Campaign Management to support our Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You will help create digital marketing ads and promotions, manage customer journeys, and ensure high-quality campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Support digital marketing activities (email, mobile, social, web personalization, and ads)
- Create and manage content and promotions across multiple channels
- Work with peers and update supervisors on progress
- Analyze and solve problems of low to moderate complexity
- Deliver quality work while meeting deadlines and performance goals
Skills Required:
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Account Engagement, CDP, Campaigns)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns, journey builder, Ampscript, automation studio, HTML, CSS and email marketing.
- Problem-solving and results orientation
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shift
