Java Full Stack Developer - Java MSB and Angular @ Cognizant

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our offshore development team based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 48 years of experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java (Core, Advanced, Java 8), Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, and SQL. Familiarity with AWS services is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems using Core Java, Advanced Java, and Java 8.
• Design and implement microservices architecture using Spring Boot.
• Build dynamic and responsive front-end applications using Angular.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for efficient database interactions.
• Collaborate with team members using GIT for version control and code management.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues and bugs.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide timely updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Core Java, Advanced Java, and Java 8.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Proficiency in Angular for front-end development.
• Solid understanding of SQL and database optimization.
• Familiarity with AWS services is a plus.
• Experience with GIT for source control.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, self-driven, and committed to continuous learning.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative offshore environment.
