Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level support to end users for Basic IT-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve user queries via phone & emails.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams as needed.
Maintain documentation of processes, issues, and resolutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1+ year of experience in a customer support voice process.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to understand and solve basic technical issues.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Must be a graduate (any graduate)
Willingness to work from the office and in rotational shifts
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MSOffice.
