FPA - TRUST & SAFETY ( As well as In AI )


Key Responsibilities

  • Content Moderation: Reviewing and classifying user-generated content (profiles, audio, video, text) to ensure it adheres to specific client guidelines.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigating, escalating, and resolving user-reported or system-flagged issues, including complex content cases.
  • Policy Enforcement: Staying updated on and accurately applying changing client policies and guidelines to various platforms and communities.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and quality in content moderation and trust & safety processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Working with team members and supervisors to share insights, discuss sensitive topics, and support user community well-being.
  • Training and Development: Participating in continuous training programs to develop skills and knowledge related to Trust and Safety best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Resilience & Well-being: Strong coping mechanisms and emotional resilience to handle potentially sensitive or objectionable content exposure.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to synthesize and analyze information from multiple sources.
  • Cultural Awareness: High cultural awareness and familiarity with social and political situations in the region being supported.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, potentially on weekends or holidays, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Communication: Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Location : Hyderabad

Shift Timing : Rotational Shift ( 5 days working 2 days week off )

Joining : Immediate Joiners only
