Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Policy Servicing Executive where you will play a crucial role in managing and processing insurance policy changes and endorsements. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge insurance products ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Manage and process insurance policy changes and endorsements efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and documentation for policy modifications.
  • Utilize technical skills in insurance products to accurately update and maintain policy records in the system.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries related to policy changes ensuring a high level of service.
  • Analyze policy change requests to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure all policy endorsements are processed in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and new insurance products.
  • Support team members in resolving complex policy servicing issues fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to policy servicing activities.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices for policy servicing within the organization.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information at all times.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts demonstrating flexibility and commitment to meeting team goals.


 

Qualifications

  •  
  • Possess a strong understanding of insurance products and their applications.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in processing changes and endorsements within the insurance domain.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Show attention to detail and accuracy in handling policy documentation and records.
  • Display problem-solving skills to address and resolve policy servicing challenges.
  • Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model.
  • Be open to learning and adapting to new technologies and processes in the insurance industry.


 

Certifications Required

Insurance Certification such as AINS or equivalent is preferred.
