Job Description

    As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for managing network infrastructure, including Cisco, Checkpoint, Dell, and PaloAlto. Your main duties will involve maintaining the network and security environments by following IT policies and procedures, recommending process improvements, and supporting the implementation, maintenance, and support of the infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and maintain Cisco routers, firewalls, core distribution, access layer switches, remote access VPN, and wireless access controllers. - Manage Checkpoint firewalls and SDWAN infrastructure. - Manage Cisco Identity Services Engine and Proxy infrastructure. - Ensure IT security compliance by participating in internal, external, and client audits, maintaining network security and compliance, and mitigating risks findings. - Handle ITIL change management, incident management, and capacity management. - Manage internal and external stakeholders as needed. - Facilitate training, coaching, and mentoring of junior team members to enhance their skills development. - Maintain 24x7 support availability with a flexible schedule, including the ability to work nights and weekends. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field. - Minimum of 15 years of enterprise data network experience. - Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine and Proxy infrastructure services. - Experience with RADIUS and TACACS authentication services. - Experience in network security, managing FMC and Checkpoint firewalls. - Experience in routing and switching. - Experience in remote access management, specifically Cisco AnyConnect. - Knowledge in SDWAN and wireless access controllers. - Experience in team management. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Certifications in Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), and Checkpoint Certified Security Administrator (CCSA).
