Job Title: Collection Support Executive

Job Overview
We are hiring Collection Support Executives in bulk as part of an ongoing expansion plan. The role involves handling customer interactions for loan and credit card collections, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining compliance with defined collection processes. We are planning to hire approximately 200 executives by the end of November and are targeting daily walk-in interviews.
Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound and inbound calls related to loan and credit card collections
Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments
Negotiate payment timelines in accordance with company policies
Explain outstanding balances, repayment options, and resolve customer concerns
Ensure adherence to collection processes, regulatory guidelines, and call quality standards
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments
Achieve daily productivity and performance benchmarks
Coordinate with internal teams for case resolution when required
Required Skills & Experience
Prior experience in Collections / Tele-calling / Sales / Customer Support
Strong preference for candidates with experience in:
Banks, NBFCs, or Collection Agencies
Handling loan or credit card collections
Good understanding of end-to-end collection processes
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle customer objections professionally
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
