Hiring in Gurgaon International Voice Customer Care

Position: Customer Support Executive (International Voice)
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Eligibility:
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Customer Support (mandatory)
Education: Graduate or Undergraduate both can apply
Skills: Excellent English communication is a must
Comfortable with rotational shifts (including night shifts)

Salary: 27,000 35,000 in-hand (plus incentives)

Job Role:

• Handle international voice process (inbound/outbound)

• Assist customers with queries, issues, and escalations

• Deliver excellent customer experience and meet process KPIs
