Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Relationship Officer (CASA) to drive acquisition of Current and Savings Accounts, deepen customer relationships, and contribute to branch liability growth.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new customers for Current Account & Savings Account (CASA) through open market, references, and branch walk-ins.
Achieve monthly acquisition & revenue targets.
Ensure high-quality sourcing with proper KYC compliance.
Build & maintain relationships with customers to enhance cross-sell opportunities.
Coordinate with branch teams for lead generation and closures.
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in CASA / Liability Sales in banking.
Good knowledge of retail banking products & processes.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Local market knowledge will be an added advantage.
