Job Description

Role & responsibilities

5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform, with at least 2+ full-cycle implementations of CMDB.

Proven experience in greenfield or large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
Strong hands-on skills in configuring ServiceNow modules and workflows.
Experience with CMDB Discovery, Service Mapping, and CI lifecycle management.
Familiarity with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and data imports.
Strong analytical, documentation, and project management skills.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Required.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or CMDB) Preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, finance, government).

Exposure to agile project methodologies.
Knowledge of ServiceNow HAM/SAM, SecOps, or GRC modules.
