Job Shift Night Shift (7 Pm to 5 Am) 5 Days Working

REQUIRE PERSON WITH EXPERIENCE IN INTERNATIONAL SALES, IF SERVICE SALES THEN IT WOULD BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE.

EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS SPECIFICALLY US CLIENTS

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS

We are specifically looking for someone who has experience leading a sales team someone who has not only managed day-to-day sales operations but has also set strategic goals, driven team performance, mentored sales reps, and consistently delivered measurable results. This includes experience with pipeline management, sales forecasting, and developing and executing sales strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Requirements:

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably targeting US clients

2. Proven track record in individual outbound sales cold calling, email campaigns, and closing deals independently

3. Must have team leading experience

4. Fluent in English must be from an English medium background

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to confidently interact with US stakeholders

6. Experience in consultative selling, handling objections, and nurturing long-term client relationships

7. Demonstrated leadership qualities experience in coaching, mentoring, or leading teams is highly desirable

8. Comfortable working in US time zone
