Job Description
Location: Kharadi / Onsite Shift: US Shift Fixed Shift ( 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST ) Job Description:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to their successful onboarding.
- Work with MSP/VMS models and ensure compliance with client hiring processes.
- Recruit for a diverse range of industries, including IT, Engineering, DOD-Federal Projects etc.
- Ensure compliance with US visa regulations (H1B, TN, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
- Utilize various recruitment techniques, such as headhunting, networking, referrals, job portals, and internet-based sourcing tools.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and deliver qualified candidates within the desired time frame.
- Maintain and build a strong candidate database to meet future hiring needs.
- Negotiate salary and contract terms effectively to ensure a successful hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in US IT recruitment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve recruitment goals in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-6 years of experience in US staffing, recruiting for IT roles with direct clients.
- Strong knowledge of US hiring practices, including work authorizations (W2, Green Card, US Citizens, etc.).
- Proven ability to source and screen candidates across multiple industries.
- Prior experience working in an MSP/VMS model.
- Proficiency in using ATS, job portals like Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn, Ciepal and Boolean search techniques.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively in a target-driven environment.
Education & Qualifications:
- A Bachelors degree is preferred, but a combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
