Role & responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies and collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and goals.
Sourcing: Actively find and attract IT professionals through diverse channels like Linkedin, Naukri,Monster.com,Indeed,Shine etc.
Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes,conduct initial phone screenings,perform techincal assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications,experience and technical skills
Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers,negotiate salary and benefits, and manage the paperwork for the new hires..
Onboarding: Assist with the new hire onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
